Bombora Surf Camp
The staff are amazing, the pool and the space outside the room is good, the place is close to Padang Padang beach and many good places for food. Bombora is a great place, with the most lovely staff and everything you need for surf, eat, sleep trip in the Bukit. Large rooms with pool view, comfy king sized beds and pillows so you rest well at night in cool air con. 60 channels of working cable TV for the lazy days. The pool was lovely- and a delight on hot afternoons and guests meet and have friendly chats around the it. Bombora is centrally located with just the right amount of shops around, and only a 5-10 min walk to Padang Padang beach, and a short scooter ride to Uluwatu, Bingin, Dreamland and Balangan.
Uluwatu Cottages
Great Location. On the Bukit famous for the surf at Uluwatu and Padang Padang. Room was excellent. Clean, fresh and very neat. Gardens were great and the overall experience was very relaxing. Staff were extremely friendly and obliging. It was a 10 minute walk to the main break of Uluwatu. Food was good and overall a great experience. The cliffside sea views are amazing, the room was so comfortable and clean, the food was DELICIOUS!. The restaurant at Uluwatu Cottages is very nice, clean and the food they serve is really good and not overpriced as you could expect from a hotel restaurant. Rooms are amazing if you book the suite, very well maintained and quite new. Swimming pool if perfect. An infinity pool facing a cliff that will make you feel like staying there the whole day without any need of going out.

M Suite Seminyak
It's not a fancy hotel, but very cute and homely. The staff are friendly and service is good. Breakfast spread is also good and they offer shuttle service to the beach as well. If you are on business or just need a place for a short stay instead of staying at a villa this is perfect. The staff were accommodating, clean Rooms and a short walk or taxi ride from the main Seminyak restaurants and shops. Would recommend if you are planning a short stay in Seminyak. M Suite was seriously fantastic. Service/Staff were incredible and the breakfast was amazing!! On top of that the rooms were much nicer than the price point paid and very clean. The pool area was gorgeous, especially in the morning having a lavish buffet breakfast chatting with the amazing staff. They provide so many extras like transport around town and bicycles, as well as a willingness to help out wherever they can.
Legong Keraton Beach Hotel
Situated right on the beach in Berawa and opposite Finns Beach Club, the location is perfect. The lawn area with sunbeds is ideal for relaxing in the sun. Room and hotel surrounding are clean. Their staff are very friendly. The lawn at Legong Keraton Hotel is still one of the best spots in Bali to relax and enjoy the view of the beach. Great for small children to play. Hotel staff are friendly. If you surf then it is right there.
Katala Villas
The Villa was better priced than most in Sanur, and located as a sanctuary a little way back from the main street through Sanur and within safe local houses. Staff at Katala Villas couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. beautiful space, and privacy of the villa and being able to retreat to your beautiful and spacious rooms, outdoor area and private pool. The outdoor shower and ceiling fans pushing cool breezes off the pool. We were a 5 min walk to the main road through the Sanur district Tambiligan, and 10 mins from the beach.
Aquarius Star Hotel
Excellent hotel small but just what you need for Kuta. In the heart of everything. The staff was amazing and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The location is right on main street. I bet you wont get such a calm and peaceful accmodation amidst of busy kuta streets.The checkin was smooth. Room was clean Open the door for the patio and you have a great pool access. We highly recommend pool access rooms. They are comfy and with great pool view. You can enjoy the pool 24hrs. Aquarius Star Hotel is a fantastic place to stay in Kuta
Grand Balisani Suites
This resort is in north Seminyak right next to a beautiful beach. It's away from the bustle of Seminyak so fewer people means less stress!. The hotel is attractive ,the staff friendly and attentive. The breakfast was Very good and the hotel restaurant is of good quality and reasonably priced. room was very spacious & clean. The room at Grand Balisani Suites is spacious facing well maintained garden, located at a nice beach where everyone hang out for the sunset, friendly staff, nice pool, nice massage place
Thanabhumi
This is not an hotel but more an appart-hotel where we feel like at home with a terrace to have a rest and a free cafe or tea. Rooms at Thanabhumi Bangkok are super clean, simple but modern, no tv or fridge but it's not necessary, the streets around provide everything you need. it's 5' minutes walk from Kao san road or Samsen road and it's very quiet and safe. Some rooms overlook a little klong. The owners are very nice and helpfull, they provide you a lot of ideas to visit Bangkok. A very good place where I returned before living Thailand. Very good for a solo traveler.
Armoni Patong Beach Hotel
Friendly staff and clean room, cheap booking on taxi fare, nearby patong hotest area, walking distance to bangla street and 5 min to beach, tuk tuk taxi easily to get engage, Fast check in and staff was very friendly & helpful. the place is very clean and comfy. Room was nice and shower was great. Armoni Patong Beach Hotel location is very close by Patong center. lost of restaurants, bars, shops. just 100 meter away from beach. Extra drinking water everyday is part of the room cleaning.
First Villa Beach Resort
I stayed here for a few days whilst going to the half moon party. Basic but clean and pretty. Friendly staff. Really nice pool area and directly on the beach. Amazing sunrises right on your doorstep! About 15 mins from pier, just over 5 mins to half moon party in the jungle. Lliterally 10 mins or so from Haad rin and all the action, perfect spot, especially when you want to chill from the party. Local shops are also short scooter ride away, First Villa Beach Resort is a lovely beach side resort
Zama Resort
The beach is close to the resort, the view is wonderfull, the place is peace, employees are so nice, the bedroom is really clean. There is everything to be happy and relax.You can do many things without use scooter (snorkeling, beach, swimming pool, yoga, trekking, shopping, massage ...). In the bedroom you can find materials for beach, robe after the bath, product against mosquitos,tea,coffee, biscuits, a safe for valuables and the bedroom is cleaned every morning and bedroom is prepared for the night every evening. at Zama Resort you can find everything and spend a whole day in this resort. Great food and wonderful service from the staffs. We felt like we were at home.
